HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Once you have placed your order and the payment is approved by one of our payment partners PAYPAL. SWISH or BANKGIRO, the order number is displayed indicating that the order has been processed. You will also receive an order confirmation email to the address submitted during checkout. In case you did not received the confirmation within 24 hours, please check your junk inbox in case the email was filtered as spam, if not please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. WERE DO WE SHIP?
We deliver shipping world wide shipping with our partners at Swedish postal service (Postnord) and FedEX for secure and fast shipments.
ARE THERE ANY DUTIES ADDED TO MY ORDER?
Additional fees such as toll and taxes may occur outside of Sweden. These fees are to be paid by the customer. ZEEKSACK™ is unaware of the amount of these costs and is therefore unable to inform the customer of them. The customer is responsible for the administration and payment of such fees.
