This webshop, www.zeeksack.com, (hereafter referred to as ”ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP”) is owned and managed by ZEEKSACK™ AB. VAT. NO. SE559207752201. (Below referred to as ”ZEEKSACK™, Us, Our or We”). The company is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases and/or shipments from ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP. The respective retailer handles terms concerning purchases from retailers. Other conditions may then apply. We reserves our right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest and current terms and conditions are those published on this page. The changed terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the site.

SHOPPING AT ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP
It is your responsibility as a customer to make sure your order is correct when placing your order. However, if there is to be a problem with your order, you are welcome to contact Customer Service. You must be over the age of 18 to purchase freely from our site. If you are under the age of 18 just must have permission from your legal guardian or shop under his supervision.
PRICES AND FEES
All prices on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP are given in SEK including 25% VAT, excluding shipping costs. However, you have the option to change display of currency at the top right corner of the site. Once the customer has filled out all necessary information in the Shopping cart, the total price is shown including all fees, payment, VAT and shipping costs.
We reserve ourselves for price changes due to price change from supplier, miss prints in the price list, and price errors due to incorrect information and reserves the right to adjust the price at any time.
Additional fees such as toll and taxes may occur outside of Sweden. These fees are to be paid by the customer. ZEEKSACK™ is unaware of the amount of these costs and is therefore unable to inform the customer of them. The customer is responsible for the administration and payment of such fees.
PICTURES & GOODS
Pictures and images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Be aware that the colors of goods as shown on the website will depend on several factors, one of such as your display settings. You will find a description of product details and what is included with the product in the corresponding written description. All goods are subject to availability and we may not be able to accept and supply your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time, and our only liability to you for withdrawing any goods will be to refund any money paid to us for such order, by crediting your credit card. If you have placed an order which we are not able to deliver and therefore cannot accept, we will make sure to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Our payment partners are PAYPAL, SWISH, STRIPE and KLARNA. Our partners accept payment with VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Once the customer has placed their order and the payment is approved by one of our payment partners the order number is displayed indicating that the order has been processed. The customer will also receive an order confirmation to the email address submitted by them. In case the customer has not received the confirmation within 24 hours, please check the junk inbox in case the email was filtered as spam. Customer Service is happy to assist customers with any issues regarding orders. In that case please E-mail us at: email@example.com.
The stock availability on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP is directly connected to our warehouse. A change of product availability while customer is active on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP may occur due to sold out products or a new delivery of products. The customer is welcome to contact Customer Service with any questions regarding the availability of the product of interest.
If ZEEKSACK™ fails to carry out our obligations according to these terms and conditions due to unfortunate circumstances out of our control, as a result to force majeure, ZEEKSACK™ will not be responsible for the consequences. A force majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, problems with electrics, phone lines or internet service, natural disasters or any other event of that sort.
You and all our other customers are important to us. We therefore do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service if something is wrong or happened with your order or delivery from us. If a dispute can not be resolved in agreement between you as a customer and our customer service, you can, as a customer, contact the General Complaints Board for an individual review. For accommodation in a EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be made online via the EU Commission's Dispute Settlement Platform. (see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr)
In case of dispute, we will follow a decision from ARN or the corresponding dispute resolution body. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and law.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
WORLD WIDE SHIPPING
We deliver shipping world wide shipping with our partners at Swedish postal service (Postnord) and FedEX for secure and fast shipments. All prices on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP are shown excluding shipping fees. The shipping fee is paid by the customer. The shipment fee is shown once the order is placed and all necessary information is filled out at checkout.
Estimated time of delivery is 1-10 business days depending on the customer’s delivery address and the amount of deliveries to be shipped. Please note that time of delivery may increase due to campaigns and public holidays.

Uncollected shipments will be returned to us by the postal service after 14 days. In case of uncollected shipment(s), we reserve our right to charge the customer any costs for return shipping, service fee and handling fee.
Our main goal is that the customer is happy with their purchase and our products. Customers on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP receive a 30 days return/exchange right. The first day of this 30-day period is the day the customer receives their shipment.
If you choose to use their right of withdrawal, you must report this to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. In this message state your name, address, e-mail address & order number. Details of what goods shall be returned must be clearly stated.
Return your items to us (see return address below) immediately, absolutely no later than 30 days after you have notified us of your return, otherwise your withdrawal / replacement right expires.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO
The RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY exchange policy does not apply to discounted products or gift cards. Also, products that have been sealed (sealed) because of health or hygiene reasons and where sealing (sealing) has been broken by you. Products that have the character of sealed audio or video capture and where the seal has been broken by you. Custom made product that has been tailored specifically for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes. Services that have been completed and where you explicitly consent to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal. Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food. The return shipment is paid by the customer, unless the customer has received the wrong product or damaged goods. Please contact Customer Service regarding return shipping and we will be happy to assist you. Returns must be shipped as a prepaid parcel, i.e. C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) is not accepted. Naturally, exchange products and replacement products are reshipped to the customer free of charge.
Please package the product(s) in the original packaging. Do not forget to include the return form with the order number in the shipment.

In case of any refund, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared with the original value of the product in the case of used or damaged product. More refund terms can be read separately from our partners KLARNA, STRIPE & PAYPAL.

We strive to create the best travel gear and accessories possible. However, most of our products are sewn by hand and might contain some slight imperfections, and as we all know, sometimes errors occur. But don’t worry, we have you covered.

We want you to live your life and experience the presence to full extent without thinking of your gear. Therefore we at ZEEKSACK Sweden AB (”ZEEKSACK”) warrants the product you have purchased (the ”Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of your original purchase ("Warranty Period”). Your warranty is only valid when the Product is purchased from ZEEKSACK directly or through an authorized ZEEKSACK retailer.
Damages not covered by this warranty are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, accidental damage and cosmetic damages (such as scratches or stained fabrics) and modification of the Product. Any damage to, loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses are not covered.
This warrant only includes ZEEKSACK official products, not any third party products packed and/or sold together with the Product. This warranty also does not include our apparel products such as clothes, headwear and foot ware.
Replacement & Repairs
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by ZEEKSACK, within the Warranty Period, we will do our absolute best to repair your product. If repair is not possible we will replace the Product with a functionally equivalent NEW product. If the Product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the product becomes ZEEKSACK’s property.
We warrant repaired products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of repair. Replaced, NEW, products ZEEKSACK Warranty Terms apply with the date of shipment to you as the new date of original purchase.
Costs & Fees
No costs and fees will be charges for administrating and making the repair or replacement of the Product. Tho, the return shipment is paid by the customer, unless the customer has received damaged goods*. Returns must be shipped as a prepaid parcel, i.e. C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) is not accepted. Naturally, exchange products and replacement products are reshipped to the customer free of charge.

In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we will store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address and purchase history. In connection with a purchase, your personal information is processed to complete the agreement with you. Marketing, promotions and similar mailings will be made with the consent of you.

Upon completion of purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is shared is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and phone number. If you choose to pay with invoice, your personal security number will also be saved with your payment provider. The information is saved in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties from fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Klarna, Stripe Swish & Paypal.
In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we need to share specific information with our ligistics partner DreamLogistics AB, this is the specific who handles our warehouse and that handles your order. What is shared with the logistics company is your first name, last name and address of delivery. E-mail address and / or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purpose. The Shipping partners we work with are: DHL, UPS, FedEx & Postnord.
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, we share your first name, last name and e-mail address with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and promotional offers. We use Mailchimp for mailing newsletters.
You have the right to receive an extract of any information about you from us. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format. You are entitled to ask us to update incorrect information or to supplement information that is inadequate.
You can at any time request that the information relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to delete, such as if it is to be retained in order for us to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).
ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.

All attempts of identity thefts and credit card thefts, access to other customers’ accounts or any criminal activity of any sort is taken very seriously and immediately reported to the police. We save IP addresses for the purpose of potential criminal investigations.
