The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases and/or shipments from ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP. ZEEKSACK™ reserves our right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. The up-to-date terms and conditions are those accessible on this site. The respective retailer handles terms concerning purchases from retailers. Other conditions may then apply.

All content on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP, including design, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, pictures and movies, is the property of ZEEKSACK™, or its content provider and all trademarks and/or the company names mentioned or shown. None of the content on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP can be used, copied or depicted without a written consent from ZEEKSACK™ and/or potential third party owning the content. ZEEKSACK™ disclaims all liability from any damage caused by using ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP incorrectly.

SHOPPING AT ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP

It is your responsibility as a customer to make sure your order is correct when placing your order. However, if there is to be a problem with your order, you are welcome to contact Customer Service. According to Swedish legislation, we are required to demand a written permission from the legal guardian of customers under the age of 18.

PRICES AND FEES

All prices on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP are given in SEK including 25% VAT, excluding shipping costs. However, you have the option to change display of currency at the top right corner of the site. Once the customer has filled out all necessary information in the Shopping cart, the total price is shown including all fees, payment, VAT and shipping costs.

Additional fees such as toll and taxes may occur outside of Sweden. These fees are to be paid by the customer. ZEEKSACK™ is unaware of the amount of these costs and is therefore unable to inform the customer of them. The customer is responsible for the administration and payment of such fees.

PICTURES & GOODS

Pictures and images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Be aware that the colors of goods as shown on the website will depend on several factors, one of such as your display settings. You will find a description of product details and what is included with the product in the corresponding written description.
All goods are subject to availability and we may not be able to accept and supply your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time, and our only liability to you for withdrawing any goods will be to refund any money paid to us for such order, by crediting your credit card. If you have placed an order which we are not able to deliver and therefore cannot accept, we will make sure to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

PAYMENT

Our payment partners are PAYPAL, SWISH, STRIPE and KLARNA. Our partners accept payment with VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Once the customer has placed their order and the payment is approved by one of our payment partners the order number is displayed indicating that the order has been processed. The customer will also receive an order confirmation to the email address submitted by them. In case the customer has not received the confirmation within 24 hours, please check the junk inbox in case the email was filtered as spam. AVAILABLE STOCK

The stock availability on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP is directly connected to our warehouse. A change of product availability while customer is active on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP may occur due to sold out products or a new delivery of products. The customer is welcome to contact Customer Service with any questions regarding the availability of the product of interest.

FORCE MAJEURE

If ZEEKSACK™ fails to carry out our obligations according to these terms and conditions due to unfortunate circumstances out of our control, as a result to force majeure, ZEEKSACK™ will not be responsible for the consequences. A force majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, problems with electrics, phone lines or internet service, natural disasters or any other event of that sort.

DISPUTES

You, and all our customers are important to us. Thus, we try our very best to give you the best possible service in the event of problems with your order or shipment. In the unlikely event of a dispute between you as a customer and us at ZEEKSACK™, resulting in disagreement we advise you to file a complaint to National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) for an individual examination. SHIPPING & RETURNS

WORLD WIDE SHIPPING

We deliver shipping world wide shipping with our partners at Swedish postal service (Postnord) and FedEX for secure and fast shipments. All prices on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP are shown excluding shipping fees. The shipping fee is paid by the customer. The shipment fee is shown once the order is placed and all necessary information is filled out at checkout.

Estimated time of delivery is 1-6 business days depending on the customer’s delivery address and the amount of deliveries to be shipped. Please note that time of delivery may increase due to campaigns and public holidays.

UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS

Uncollected shipments will be returned to us by the postal service after 14 days. In case of uncollected shipment(s), we reserve our right to charge the customer any costs for return shipping, service fee and handling fee.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Our main goal is that the customer is happy with their purchase and our products. Customers on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP receive a 14 days return/exchange right. The first day of this 14-day period is the day the customer receives their shipment. If the product is customized or has a personal touch, the first day of the return period is the day we give information on the order. The exchange policy does not apply to discounted products or gift cards.

If the customer chooses to use their right of withdrawal, the customer is required to return the product(s) to us (return address is shown at the bottom of the page) immediately, no later than the customer’s withdrawal right is expired.

RETURNS

The return shipment is paid by the customer, unless the customer has received the wrong product or damaged goods. Please contact Customer Service regarding return shipping and we will be happy to assist you. Returns must be shipped as a prepaid parcel, i.e. C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) is not accepted. Naturally, exchange products and replacement products are reshipped to the customer free of charge.

Please package the product(s) in the original packaging. Do not forget to include the return form with the order number in the shipment.

PRIVATE POLICY

When an order is submitted and/or a customer account created on ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP we, and our partners PAYPAL & KLARNA, collect personal information as well as credit card- and bank information from the customer. By registering and ordering the customer accepts the storage and usage of their information in order to complete the agreement with the customer. This information is merely used by ZEEKSACK™ in order to handle the customer’s orders and communication with them. The information will not be sold to a third party. According to the Swedish Data Protection Act, the customer has the right to receive the information that is registered regarding the customer. If the information is faulty, incomplete or irrelevant the customer can demand the correction or removal of the information. Please contact Customer Service with any questions regarding this.

SECURITY

ZEEKSACK™ works hard to ensure and maintain ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP a safe trading place for our customers. All attempts of identity thefts and credit card thefts, access to other customers’ accounts or any criminal activity of any sort is taken very seriously and immediately reported to the police. We save IP addresses for the purpose of potential criminal investigations.
