These are our terms of service for ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP .
It's a pretty long text but it's important.

By ordering from our site, you accept our general Terms of service, including ourShipping policy , Privacy policy , and Refund policy .

This web shop, www.zeeksack.com, (hereinafter referred to as"ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP") is owned and operated by ZEEKSACK ™ AB. VAT. NO. SE559207752201. (Hereinafter referred to as"ZEEKSACK ™, Us, Our or We"). The company is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

The following conditions apply to all purchases and/or shipments from ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP. Each retailer handles terms regarding purchases from retailers. Other conditions may then apply.

We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. The latest and current terms are those published on this page. The changed terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the site.

All content on ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP, including design, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images, sounds and movies, belongs to ZEEKSACK ™, or its content provider and all trademarks and/or company names mentioned or displayed.

None of the content on ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP may be used, copied or reproduced without the prior written consent of ZEEKSACK ™ and/or potential third parties who own the content. ZEEKSACK allt disclaims all liability for damages caused by improper use of ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP.


From time to time, there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. Without limiting their rights set forth elsewhere in these Terms, companies reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions or omissions and to change or update information at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time, and our sole responsibility to you for taking back goods will be to refund all money paid to us for such an order, by crediting your credit card. If you have placed an order that we can not deliver and therefore can not accept, we will make sure to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Images, pictures, audio, video and text on the website are for illustrative purposes only. We have done everything to show the colors of the products as accurately as possible. However, we can not guarantee that the display of any color on your computer screen will be correct.

You will find a description of product details and what is included in the product in the corresponding written description.


It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that your order is correct when you place your order. But should any problems arise with your order, you are welcome to contact customer service and we will do our best to help you.

You must be over 18 years of age to shop freely from our site. If you are under 18, you only need to have permission from your guardian or act under his supervision.


All prices on ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP are stated in SEK including 25% VAT, excluding shipping costs. However, you have the option to change the display of currency at the bottom of the page. When the customer has filled in all the necessary information in the shopping cart, the total price is shown, including payment, VAT and shipping costs.

We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, non-printing in the price list, and price errors due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price at any time.

Additional fees such as tolls and taxes may occur outside Sweden. These fees must be paid by the customer. ZEEKSACK ™ is unaware of the size of these costs and can therefore not inform the customer about them. The customer is responsible for the administration and payment of such fees.


Our payment partners are Paypal & Shopify Payments including Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL and Bancontact. Our partners accept payment with VISA, MasterCard and Maestro.

When you have placed your order and the payment has been approved by one of our payment partners, the order number is displayed, which indicates that the order has been processed. You will also receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address sent. If the customer has not received the confirmation within 24 hours, please check the spam if the email was filtered as spam.

The stock availability on ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP is directly linked to our warehouse. A change in product availability while the customer is active on ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP may occur due to sold out products or new delivery of products. The customer is welcome to contact customer service with any questions regarding the availability of the product of interest.
