We ship to most parts of the world. If for any reason you can not find a shipping alternative to your country, please contact us and let us know via our contact form.

These are our shipping and return policies for ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP.
It is a fairly long text but it is important.

We cooperate with Postnord, DHL, UPS and FedEx for secure and fast deliveries. Which of our partners will be used depends on your order destination.

All prices on ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP are shown excluding shipping fees. The shipping fee is paid by the customer. The shipping fee is displayed when the order is made and all necessary information is filled in at checkout.

The estimated delivery time is 1-10 working days depending on the customer's delivery address and the number of deliveries to be sent. Please note that delivery times may increase due to promotions and holidays.

Uncollected shipments are usually returned to us by post after 14 days. In the event of uncollected shipments, we reserve the right to charge the customer any costs for return shipping, service fee and handling fee.

Our main goal is of course that you as a customer are satisfied with your purchase and our products. But in the event of that, we offer a 30-day return/exchange right for all orders that shop on ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP. The first day of this 30-day period is the day on which the customer receives his shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you choose to use your right of withdrawal, start by contacting us at and clearly state which goods are to be returned and why. Also state your name, address, email address & order number. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return your goods to us immediately, absolutely no later than 30 days after you have notified us of your return, otherwise your right of withdrawal/compensation expires.

NOTE:Items returned to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the customer has received the wrong product or damaged goods. Contact customer service regarding return shipping and we will be happy to help you. Returns must be sent as a prepaid package, ie COD (cash on delivery) is not accepted. Of course, replacement products and replacement products are sent to the customer free of charge.

Pack the product (s) in the original packaging. Do not forget to enclose the return form with the order number in the shipment.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you get the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


In the event of a refund, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product's original value in the case of a used or damaged product.
