Refund policy

For us it is quite simple, our main task is to make and deliver fantastic products that you LOVE! But we understand that things do happen sometimes.

These are our refund policy for ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP.
It is a fairly long text but it is important.

Customers at ZEEKSACK ™ WEBSHOP receive a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. The first day of this 30-day period is the day on which the customer receives his shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or used, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you choose to use our right of withdrawal, start by contacting us at johnny@zeeksack.com and clearly state which goods are to be returned and why. Also state your name, address, email address & order number. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return your goods to us immediately, absolutely no later than 30 days after you have notified us of your return, otherwise your right of withdrawal/compensation expires.

NOTE:Items returned to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by Zeeksack as long as the product is in the same condition as when it was sent. Contact customer service regarding return shipping and we will be happy to help you.

Pack the product (s) in the original packaging. Do not forget to enclose the return form with the order number in the shipment.

GIFTS & CAMPAIGN RABBITS

If you have purchased an item that entitles you to a gift or discount on another item, the said gift/discounted item must be returned together with the item that entitles you to the gift or discount. If this is not followed and you choose to keep the said gift/discounted item, we will send out an invoice for the value of the item. When exchanging, a gift or discount can not be credited to another item, a gift or discount can also not be transferred to another order. If you choose to return parts of a campaign country, the discount no longer applies.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO

gift cards or products that have been sealed (sealed) due to health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (the seal) has been broken by you. Products that have the character of sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you. INJURIES AND QUESTIONS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you get the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

EXCHANGE

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

In the event of a refund, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the product's original value in the case of a used or damaged product.

DISCLAIMER KICKSTARTER

However, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges of goods received as Kickstarter rewards.

The support you have given us as Kickstarter supporters enables us to grow and develop our business, create new products, improve existing ones and, last but not least, gather customer feedback. Therefore, we can not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any rewards from this promotion.
