Refund Policy

For us it's pretty simple, our main mission is to make and deliver great products that you LOVE! But we understand that sometimes things happen.

These are our refund policy for the ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP.
It's a pretty long text but it's important.

ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP customers have a 100-day Satisfied Customer Guarantee.

The first day of this 100-day period is the day on which the customer receives his or her consignment.

How does a return work?

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or used, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need to have your order confirmation or receipt for your order.

  2. Please contact us with your name, order number and reason for return.

  3. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a QR code by email to present at your nearest retailer.

  4. Paid and ready by us. There is no cost to return your item. We always pay the return freight.

  5. As soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse and been approved, a refund will be made automatically.

Please return your goods to us as soon as you receive a QR code, but no later than 30 days after you have notified us of your return.

Free returns only apply to up to five backpacks or accessories per customer. If you have ordered more than five products and wish to return five or more, you will be responsible for the return postage unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

Please make sure you comply with the applicable return policy and that you have all relevant information, such as order number and contact details, available in case of a return. 


The Satisfied Customer Guarantee means that you will receive a full refund if you are not satisfied, within 100 days of receiving the product.

In the event of a refund, we reserve the right to deduct from the amount of the refund an amount equal to the depreciation in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product. 


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
