ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP uses cookies to ensure the best experience for our customers. Cookies are used to save the contents of the customer's shopping cart when browsing the store and to retain the selected currency and language for the next visit. No personal information or details of the device used are stored in cookies.

PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

By shopping or registering an account with us at ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order and to communicate with you as a customer.

We do not sell or distribute your information to third parties without a legal basis. You have the right under the General Data Protection Regulation to receive the information we have recorded about you. If it is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions about this.

ZEEKSACK™ WEBSHOP is responsible for processing the personal data that you provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to process your order as well as in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - in order to tailor marketing to your individual needs.

Below is a summary of how we store and process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.

WHAT DATA DO WE STORE?
In order to process your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we will store your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history. Your data will be stored for as long as we have a legal basis for processing your data, for example to fulfil the contract between us or to comply with a legal obligation, such as accounting laws.

LEGAL BASIS
In connection with a purchase, your personal data will be processed in order to fulfil the contract with you. Marketing, promotions and similar mailings will be done with your consent.

WHAT DATA IS SHARED AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES?

PAYMENT PARTNER
After completion of the purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is shared is first name, last name, address, email address and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your social security number is also stored with your payment provider. The information is stored to complete the purchase and to protect the parties from fraud. The payment providers we use are Shopify Payments, Klarna, Stripe & Paypal.

FRAKTPARTNERS
In order to deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we need to share specific information with our logistics partner DreamLogistics AB, the specific one that manages our warehouse and handles your order. What is shared with the logistics company is your first name, last name and delivery address. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes. The shipping partners we work with are DHL, UPS, FedEx & Postnord.

NEWSLETTER
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, we will share your first name, last name and email address with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you up to date with information and promotional offers. We use Mailchimp to send newsletters.

RIGHT OF ACCESS AND RECTIFICATION
You have the right to obtain an extract of all information about you from us. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format. You have the right to ask us to update inaccurate information or to complete information that is inadequate.

THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN
You can request that information about you be deleted at any time. There are a few exceptions to the right to erase, such as if it needs to be kept in order for us to fulfil a legal obligation (for example, under the Accounting Act).

IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROTECTION
ZEEKSACK™ is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures compliance with the rules.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
