If you are looking for your order confirmation but cannot find it, you should first check your spam.
It's common for order confirmations to end up in the spam folder when customers can't find them.
If you still can't find your order confirmation, just contact us and we'll send you a new one.
Want to make a return?
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or used, with labels and in the original packaging.
2. Please contact us using the form below and provide your name, order number and reason for return.
3. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a QR code by email to present at your nearest retailer.
4. Paid and finished by us. There is no cost to return your item. We always pay the return freight.
5. As soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse and have been accepted, a refund will be made automatically.
