HOW DO THE DEPARTMENTS WORK?

You can attach the dividers wherever you want in the main compartment, or simply remove them if you want more space.

This allows you to organise your pack exactly the way you want it, and makes it easier to find what you need when you need it.

HOW DOES YOUR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE WORK?

Our Satisfied Customer Guarantee means that you can return the product within 100 days of receiving it, if you are not satisfied with it.

It doesn't matter if the product is unused or used, as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it.

IS THERE FREE RETURN SHIPPING?

Yes, that's right! It's both convenient and free to return an item if you're not satisfied.

We'll cover all costs and give you a QR code to show your retailer, so it's easy as pie (or should I say oatmeal?) to send back.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

The delivery time for your orders is 1-3 days.

If you order before 12 noon, your package will be shipped the same day and will usually arrive the next day. 

If you order after 12 noon, your package will be shipped the next day and usually arrives the day after that.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Trollhättan.

We are a Swedish company based in Gothenburg and warehouse in Trollhättan.
